Is there a restaurant or bar in your hotel?
Unfortunately, there is no restaurant/bar at this hotel but there are many wonderful places to eat in the Bayswater, Queensway and Westbourne Grove neighbourhoods. Please ask the Receptionist on duty for recommendations.
What time is check in?
From 2pm on the day of arrival.
What time do I need to check out?
By 11am, please.

Can I store my luggage with you?
We will be pleased to store your luggage if you arrive early and also after you check out where possible.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 7am until 10am from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays/Bank Holidays, it is from 8am until 11am.
What type of breakfast do you serve?
We serve Continental Buffet Breakfast with hot and cold beverages.
How do I cancel a reservation?
If you book a free cancellation rate, you can cancel your reservation 24 hours before 1pm GMT without any charge. You can do so by contacting the hotel directly on the contact details below or online (please click on the button ‘Cancel booking’ in your booking confirmation and follow the instructions).
If you book non-refundable rate, you cannot cancel or amend your reservation. You will be charged the full amount if you do so.

Is there a car park in this hotel?

Any allergies or food intolerance?
We operate a buffet-style continental breakfast. If you have an allergic reaction or intolerance to certain foods, such as nuts, gluten, or dairy-based products and therefore have specific dietary requirements, please notify the reception in advance.
Do you have a free Wifi?
Yes, complimentary Wifi is available in your room and in all public areas.
Is there a lift at The Duke of Leinster Hotel?
Yes, there is a small lift which access all the floors at the hotel.
Is breakfast included in the room rates?
Yes, Continental Buffet Breakfast are complimentary for all our direct bookers.
Do you accept pets?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept pets.
How do you get to the hotel by public transport?
The DOL is located within 5 min walk from Bayswater Underground Station and 10 min walk from Paddington Station (terminal for Heathrow Express) and Elizabeth Line.
Do you offer airport transfer or taxi booking service?
Receptionist on duty is able to arrange the airport transfer or taxi service for additional charge and subject to availability.
Are children and toddlers welcome?
Family and group bookings are always welcome. Children aged 0-2 years old stay for free with paying guests. Quadruple and Quintiple rooms are also available. Cots are available on request and are subject to availability.
